How long will it take to process my order?
Generally your order is done within 5-7 days from when we receive it. Please allow 3-5 days for delivery on orders east of the Mississippi. For orders west of the Mississippi, please allow 8-10 days for delivery. We will notify you if an item is temporarily out of stock. Please allow additional time during the peak holiday season, October - December. All times are shipped U.S. Priority Mail or UPS Ground.
Is there an additional charge for personalizing and artwork?
All of our prices include the artwork and the name as seen on the samples. All artwork is done on one side of items.
Can additional artwork be done on other sides?
Of course! To do this will require additional charges which will vary according to the item. We will email you with additional charges before we go ahead.
Can I choose artwork not included in the dropdown list?
Always, the patterns we have listed are the most popular ones. However, each item is hand-painted to order. If you would like request something other than the patterns listed, just type this into the comment box under each item. If we have questions regarding your request, we will contact you by email or by phone.
Will the artwork be just like the last item I ordered?
We do our best to keep the artwork consistent so you will know what you ordered will look like, but everything is done by hand and there are sometimes variations! It's what makes each item unique!
Can I choose colors to be used?
Yes. Just type your preferences in the comment box.
Can I request certain cartoon characters?
Due to licensing laws we are not free to do licensed characters such as 'Winnie the Pooh' or Disney characters.
What about gift wrapping?
Yes, we will include a gift card if the item you ordered is being sent to a different address. Just type your message in the comments box. Gift items sent to other addresses will not receive a copy of the invoice.
Can I order items I've seen at a show that are not on the website?
Yes. The website and catalog include most of the items available for personalizing. However, you may have seen us at a show and seen items that have not yet made it to the site, so please feel free to call directly to order these items.
What happens if an item is not in stock?
If we happen to be temporarily out of stock on an item, you will be emailed with 24 hours of your order. Should you not respond within another 24 hours we will attempt to contact by phone.
It is a good idea after placing an order to watch for update emails from us.
Do you sell wholesale or do volume discounts?
Due to the labor intensiveness of what we do we are not able to sell wholesale. We will however discuss volume discounts on orders of 12 or more of the same item with the same design (for example: party favors, team products, etc.)
How long have you been in business?
Lisa began her personalizing career working at a well-known shop in Greenville called Susan's Studio for over 17 years learning from the best. She decided continue doing what she has loved even after the shop closed in 2007 and has felt so blessed to be able to serve her loyal customers and make new ones. She, along with her very supportive husband, daughters and friends travel and do craft shows and festivals in the southeast.
